ACMV Technicians Required ACMV Technicians Cum Class 3 Driver (AHU, FCU, COOLING TOWER)
Responsibilities - Provide engineering technical support for preventive maintenance and ad‑hoc repair / replacement works for M&E services.
- Preparation of material for carrying out of maintenance regime.
- Assist in checks on new installations for proper installation pertaining to insulation work, piping gradient and accessibility.
- Safety inspection of equipment to ensure they are in working order.
- Servicing and maintaining of ACMV system including chilled water system, DX system, VRV system and mechanical ventilation system.
- Carry out regular preventive and corrective maintenance works as per schedule.
- Attend to customer complaints and resolve or contain the issue.
- Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned whenever required.
