Summary You will serve as an ACOUSTICS ENGINEER in the ACOUSTIC OPERATIONS TEST & ANALYSIS BRANCH of the UNDERSEA SYSTEMS ACQUISITION & ASSESSMENT DIVISION in the TEST & EVALUATION DEPARTMENT of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. Responsibilities You will provide expert level guidance in the application of underwater acoustics testing, and test and measurement sciences. You will work with senior leadership to ensure appropriate specifications are developed and testing is performed in accordance with the current best practices to support acquisition program development, research and development, and production. You will develop and maintain an understanding of underwater acoustic testing technology and functional testing technology through close contact with research and development laboratories, manufactures, scientists, and academia.
