Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Acquisition

• Identify and close new business in Deployment and Agency Partner segments.
• Create tailored proposals using CTI’s tools (e.g., Aquarius, Astra).
• Research market trends and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Account Management & Retention

• Lead Client Success Managers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct QBRs and uphold SLAs.
• Act on client feedback to strengthen partnerships.

Leadership & Team Management

• Coach and motivate CSMs to achieve goals.
• Promote collaboration across business units.
• Maintain strong communication across departments.

Performance & Revenue Targets

• Achieve revenue and margin goals for assigned markets.
• Track KPIs and performance metrics.
• Support incentive programs tied to results.
