Serco is seeking an experienced **Acquisition & Program Management (PM) Professional** to support Department of Defense and Federal Government customers managing complex acquisition portfolios and mission-critical programs. The successful candidate will provide senior-level acquisition, program management, strategic planning, budget formulation, source selection, and requirements-development expertise supporting programs throughout the acquisition lifecycle.

The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience leading large-scale defense acquisition programs, developing acquisition strategies, supporting major source selections, guiding senior executives through Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and PPBE activities, and overseeing development, production, fielding, and sustainment of advanced weapon systems and national security capabilities.
