The successful candidate will assist the Government Program Manager and Government Engineers in the day-to-day planning and execution activities of their assigned programs. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ 10 yrs experience in Program Management, 8 years with MS
+ Demonstrates proactive initiative in identifying and addressing challenges, consistently driving projects forward with minimal supervision
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Self-directed; works independently and is familiar with Air Force and Government processes.
