Position Overview

            Job Description

Complete restaurant activation processes
Escalate and follow up on potential technical issues during the opening phase with relevant teams
Conduct onboarding sessions and provide tool training for new restaurants
Inform and coordinate with cross-functional and vertical teams regarding other blockers that may impact the opening process

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with restaurant partners, with the ability to build trust and manage expectations effectively
Strong training and onboarding skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes, tools, and activation steps to new restaurants
Basic understanding of operational KPIs (e.g., AHT, SLA) and performance targets
Ability to identify, escalate, and follow up on technical and operational issues during activation and opening phases
Ability to follow SOPs and work within structured operational processes
