Position Summary The Active Alignment Process Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing optical alignment processes used in transceiver manufacturing. This role focuses on optical coupling performance, automation, equipment optimization, process stability, and NPI support.
Education - Bachelor's degree or above in Optical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience - 5+ years of hands‑on experience in optical assembly, precision alignment, semiconductor packaging, or photonics manufacturing.
- Experience with optical transceiver manufacturing is highly desirable.
Technical Skills - Strong understanding of Active Alignment principles and optical coupling mechanisms.
- Experience with active alignment systems and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with:
