Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is seeking a full-time Activities Assistant to join our team in our skilled nursing facility.

In this role, you will help create meaningful daily activities and provide hands-on support to residents while working closely with the Activities Director.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily recreational and social activities for residents
• Encourage resident participation and engagement
• Help set up and clean up activity areas
