Position Overview

Job Description
GENERAL PURPOSE

Assist Activities Director in preparing and conducting activities for the resident.

QUALIFICATIONS

β€’ Experience working with the elderly and disabled

β€’ Must demonstrate creative abilities in execution and development of activities

β€’ Ability to work independently

β€’ Ability to key in data, perform keyboard operations, and operate a computer

β€’ Must have patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude toward the elderly and disabled

β€’ Must be at least 18 years of age

β€’ Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English

β€’ Must be capable of performing the ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS and PHYSICAL AND SENSORY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL JOB FUNCTIONS as outlined below.
