If you are kind, compassionate and committed, we would love for you to lead our Activities team in our lovely nursing home, The Care Care Centre.

The Chase is a large, modern care home which provides residential and nursing care to elderly people living in Hertfordshire. The home contains a number of unique amenities readily available to residents and there is a strong focus on outdoor based activities and keeping residents active and healthy.
