Pay: $23.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time (weekends and occasional evenings required)

Del Rosa Villa is seeking an experienced and motivated Activities Director to lead our activities program and enhance the quality of life for our residents. This leadership role is responsible for developing and overseeing a dynamic, resident-centered program that meets the physical, social, and emotional needs of those we serve.

Position Summary

The Activities Director plans, organizes, and directs all aspects of the facility’s activities program in accordance with federal, state, and company guidelines to ensure residents receive meaningful engagement opportunities.
