Working closely with Center of Excellence (COE) and Aon Center for Innovation and Analytics (ACIA) on monthly data load and in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of claims analytics enhancements
Facilitating and overseeing the process of adding new panel carriers in Pulse
Conducting claims analytics training sessions to internal users including roll-out of new features and functionalities
