AIG Canada is actively seeking an Actuary Director to enhance risk pricing and actuarial science applications. This critical role involves overseeing strategic financial insights across the organization.
As Actuary Director, you will engage with the Chief Actuary to produce key financial estimates and reports. You will also guide IFRS17 implementation efforts and ensure the use of suitable reserving methods. Work closely with local and international teams to implement solid actuarial controls and enhance organizational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on quarterly GAAP and STAT IBNR estimates
• Complete and analyze Distribution and Valuation Reports
• Aid Finance on new accounting standards
