Supporting quality improvement initiatives
Consistent patient documentation on electronic files
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in healthcare/social services or related field required
Post‑graduate degree/diploma in mental health and addictions an asset
Regulated health professional, able to perform the controlled act of psychotherapy (or eligible to register with an applicable provincial college) preferred
Minimum three yearsexperience in counselling to those who have a substance use disorder and problem gambling required
Experience supporting family members and those involved in providing support to the primary patient required
