GENERAL PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: Adjunct Faculty are hired each semester on an as-needed basis. Adjunct Faculty are responsible for creating a learning environment that assists students in reaching their goals; and for providing effective instruction and assessment within the framework of common syllabi provided.
The purpose of this position is to provide high-quality instruction and hands-on training in Industrial Technology with an emphasis on electrical systems, ensuring students develop the technical skills, safety awareness, and problem-solving abilities needed for success in modern industrial and manufacturing environments.
The instructor will design and deliver an engaging curriculum aligned with industry standards, including electrical theory, motor controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), industrial wiring, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
