The Annenberg School of Journalism at the University of Southern California seeks a highly qualified adjunct instructor to teach PR 535: Persuasive Writing. This course is designed to teach students to m aster the fundamentals of proper PR and advertising writing styles with sensitivity to the requirements of different situations, audiences, and mediums . To edit and proofread any material so it is publishable. Craft persuasive messages for any medium that meet the client’s objectives. Lastly, to devise digital ad copy for a variety of mediums, including print, online, TV, radio, and OOH, based on sound advertising strategy.


Requirements for consideration include a B.A., B.S., M.S., or an M.A. degree in a related field. Previous teaching experience is desirable. For some courses, outstanding professional experience may be substituted for academic credentials.
