Position Overview

We are looking
 for an Admin Assistant (Chinese Banquet Kitchen) to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Chinese Banquet Chefs

Manage and respond to emails promptly on behalf of the Chinese Banquet team

Translate menus, recipes, and communication materials accurately between Chinese and English

Assist in preparing and updating menus in line with operational needs

Coordinate and manage staff roster and leaves for the kitchen team

Maintain proper filing and documentation of kitchen records and correspondence

Take minutes and support logistics during internal and external meetings

Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Monitor inventory reports and assist with basic data entry and tracking

Support ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Chef
