Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks for the Managing Director including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to expats such as GA, Finance, and other related tasks.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Assist in organizing internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executives to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Support company activities, events, and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
