Manage complex calendar coordination and high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams and stakeholdersServe as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely and professional communicationCoordinate in-person interview days, including room bookings, scheduling adjustments, catering arrangements, and candidate hospitalitySupport recruiting events, campus programs, internship initiatives, and networking functions by coordinating logistics and vendor relationshipsProcess expense reports, candidate reimbursements, invoices, and vendor paymentsMaintain accurate records and documentation within recruiting and HR systemsPartner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, external agencies, and vendors to ensure recruiting processes run smoothly
