Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Islamabad
We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations and ensure a well-maintained office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage reception area, meeting rooms, and ground floor upkeep.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the cafeteria and pantry area.
Monitor and record daily generator readings, oil levels, and maintenance activities.
Purchase office, household, and pantry supplies as required.
Maintain inventory records, including stock inward and outward entries.
Oversee tea counter operations and pantry maintenance.
Welcome and assist visitors and guests in a professional manner.
Coordinate daily office activities and provide administrative support.
Assist in office documentation, record keeping, and data entry tasks.
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management.
