Position Overview

Job Responsibilities :

Assist and support with daily administrative duties (Filling and drafting letters etc).
Handling license applications and renewal for the company and its subsidiaries. – Trading License, MOF, PUKONSA, and others.
Provide general accounting support such as accounts receivables and accounts payables for account departments.
Prepare and arrange documents such as company forms upon request by customers / local authorities, etc.
Prepare and checking Quotations / Delivery Orders / Invoices – for claim submission.
Processing tender documents.
Vendor contract management. – Renewal of Contract.
In charge of Malaysia Government's e-procurement system known as e-commerce and another vendor system.
Monitor vehicle service and repair for creditors that use Local Purchase Orders (LPO), General Works Orders (GWO), etc.
Monitor & follow up on the outstanding payment.
