Position Overview

            Coordination and arranging with customers for collection and deliveries 
Preparing of documents for customer/vendor orders and follow up 
Quotations / invoices for customer Service requests 
Preparing and maintaining company's reports, orders, inventory; 
Updating of invoices to accounts (OJT) 
Check Customer designs (OJT) 
Coordinating with sales personnel order follow up 
any other duties as assigned by the company 
5 days week 
9am to 6pm working hours 
Near to Machperson MRT
