Position Overview
Your Role: Handle invoicing, quotation, purchasing, and maintain inventory. Perform data entry and filing of documents. Answer and direct customer calls. Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned. Job Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant administrative experience preferred. Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with production team members and customers who use either language. Meticulous, with good attitude, able to multi-task and work independently.
