Our client is a Government link company in the FMCG industry. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Admin Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West β easily accessible.
Duties: - Collect and track samples from suppliers, and send them to buyers on time.
- Keep all samples and related documents neatly organised.
- Follow up with suppliers to get the right paperwork quickly.
- Schedule and manage appointments and keep calendars updated.
- Help with general admin work like filing and other support tasks.
Requirements: - Min 1 Year of Administrative Assistant experience
