Position Overview

            includes visitor and phone management, student services (enquiries, lost & found etc) 
Processing enrolment paperwork and updating student information databases. 
Sick bay management 
Emergency response, serving as a key communication point during emergency situations and following established safety protocols. 
supporting special events and school functions with registration and information 
General Office Management 
Operating office equipment including photocopiers, printers, shredding machines and telephone systems etc. 
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for various school documents. 
Admin Duty 
Handling cash transactions for school fees, excursions, or fundraising activities. 
School Fee arrears management 
Other Adhoc duties as required, such as Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) management , procurement matters etc.
