TheAdmin & Business Support Manager is a key enabling role within ESAB Integral Robotic Solutions, responsible for strengthening financial transparency, supporting pricing and margin management in NAM, and ensuring disciplined administration of a highly complex and evolving robotic product portfolio.

The role combines financial tracking, analytical rigor, and hands‑on administrative execution. It is designed for a professional with a consulting or business analytics background who enjoys working close to the business, translating data into insights, and supporting decision‑making across pricing, product complexity, and profitability.

This position acts as an interface between GRS leadership, Finance, Sales, and Product Management, ensuring that data, pricing logic, and portfolio administration are aligned, accurate, and actionable.
