MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Matric (Grade 12) Good attendance and reliability BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1-year admin experience Good keyboard/PC skills (Excel) KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Attention to details Methodical Planning & Organizing Figure orientated Good Communication Skills (both verbal & written) CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES: Managing mailboxes Distribution of queries via email Managing external correspondence Preparing of returns for scanning and member level Assisting Credit Controllers with hand over files etc. Assist with Special Projects when required.
