Position Overview

Job Summary

You will manage invoicing and delivery documentation, coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment, operate office equipment efficiently, and handle customer inquiries and complaints to maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices and delivery orders to support timely order processing
  • Communicate clearly with delivery drivers to coordinate and confirm shipment details
  • Liaise with customers to confirm orders and resolve any order-related issues promptly
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia devices to support daily administrative tasks
  • Respond to customer questions, provide detailed product or service information, process orders accurately, and address complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
