Position Overview

Key Accountabilities

  • To manage day‑to‑day detailed records of all project‑related documents, including contracts, design plans, permits, and invoices.
  • Coordinating project timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Scheduling meetings with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Organizing site visits and inspections, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Assisting in the procurement process by obtaining quotes, placing orders, and tracking deliveries of materials and supplies.
  • Managing contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Acting as the point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
