Responsibilities - Credit Administration Support
- Assist with internal processes and documentation related to customer and counterparty credit line administration, including but not limited to:
- Conducting background checks on counterparties
- Liaising with internal stakeholders (e.g., traders, back-office teams) on a regular basis
- Coordinating with corporate units and systems at the parent company (as required)
- Communicating with counterparties for KYC purposes (occasionally)
- Inputting and maintaining records in credit systems, and following up as needed
- Performing basic analysis and interpretation of company data (e.g., reviewing annual reports and shareholder structures of listed companies)
