Position Overview

Assist in administrative, HR, and accounting tasks 
Liase with external accountant, auditor and tax agent 
Assist and oversee the implementation and procedures of E-Invoicing 
Assist to generate sales and account reports 
Monitor outstanding debtors and assists in payment collection 
Help resolve any administrative issues 
Prepare and edit documents, including letters, reports, drafts, memos, and emails 
Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by management from time to time
