M503 Admin Executive
β’ Respond to customer inquiries on the company's services and products.
β’ Process bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and etc.
β’ To handle listings using software or system.
β’ Ensure the information in the listing or database is correct and updated.
β’ Ensure that all documentation, contracts, and agreements are accurate and complete.
β’ Communicate and work closely with lawyers and consultants to review legal documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
β’ Manage the delivery of documents, contracts, and agreements via courier services with security and efficiency.
β’ Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and messages from customers, consultant, lawyers and etc.
β’ Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
β’ Any others task assigned by superior.
Requirements:
β’ Minimum 1 years of admin executive or admin account experience.
