Key Responsibilities - Support for administrative operations, including administering employee training, long‑service awards, managing corporate card and air travel bills, and driving digitisation initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Support for expatriates on international assignments in handling housing and tenancy agreements.
- Oversees door access security administration, staff issuance processes, maintains and updates the employee directory to ensure effective workplace operations and data accuracy.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in administration roles or related roles.
