Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end management of Maintenance Orders (MOs) within the SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) module and SILS
- Execute timely opening, closing, and documentation of Maintenance Orders to meet operational deadlines
- Process vendor/service provider quotations through digital scanning and distribution to authorized approvers
- Maintain a centralized, up-to-date repository of Maintenance Orders to ensure 100% data accuracy and audit readiness
- Coordinate cross-functional dispatch of Maintenance Orders & Purchase Orders to field teams and Ship Repairs Managers
- Conduct rigorous quality checks on system data entries to uphold data integrity standards (e.g., master data, MO statuses, resource allocations)
