Working hours: 8:30am – 6pm, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities - Manage student enquiries via hotline, email, and counter, providing timely and accurate support.
- Handle student administrative services, including international student passes, insurance, certificates, transcripts, concession cards, tuition grants, and PSEA claims.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues, maintain SOPs and knowledge articles, and support mailroom operations when required.
- Participate in service improvement projects, process optimisation, and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
