Position Overview

            Responsibilities Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery 
Monitor and maintain dessert quality and service standards consistently to meet customer expectations 
Create and sustain a welcoming dining atmosphere by managing customer greetings, ambient sounds, and scents 
Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to uphold customer satisfaction 
Manage inventory by checking stock levels regularly and requesting supplies to prevent shortages 
Control wastage through effective stock management and ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment 
Supervise cashiering processes and daily sales reporting to ensure accurate financial records 
Reconcile cash transactions daily to maintain financial accuracy and integrity
