Position Overview

            Job Description:  Supports all administrative work required by Buses dept. 
Jointly support with other admin executives in their admin duties. 
Administrative work includes the following but may not be limited to: 
 Create invoice drafts and invoices to customers 
Perform invoicing to customers 
Upkeep Project Documentation of Operations 
Assist in filing worksheets, checklists and job records 
Using excel to record data, maintain database and organise data. 
Creates Purchase Requisitions to department's required purchase 
Record minutes of meeting where required 
 Requirements:  Min ITE graduate 
1 - 3 years of working experience 
Proficient in SAP is a plus 
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel 
Knowledge of pivot tables is a plus
