About the job ADMIN & HR EXECUTIVE (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

• Direct all hiring and training & recruitment procedures for new employees
• Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
• Ensuring statutory compliances for, annual returns, company license
• Maintaining and regularly updating database staff
• Receiving and screening phone calls and redirecting them
• Monitor office supplies
• To assure smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resource department.
• Ability to handle secretarial work of some complexity and variety in an independent and responsible professional manner.
• renewing all license/ car road tax
• renewing Expatriate visa ESD
• ensuring office suplies in a well manner
• preparing leave report
• Make travel arrangements for bosses
• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
