Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Arrange import shipments and coordinate customs clearance for goods arriving from China.
  • Monitor and follow up on shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Respond to client enquiries regarding shipment progress and delivery timelines.
  • Prepare detailed goods listings for clients based on packing lists received from the China factory.
  • Issue Delivery Orders (DO) to clients and ensure accuracy of delivery documentation.
  • Manage containers upon arrival at the warehouse, including unloading coordination and inventory checks.
  • Arrange transportation such as trailers, lorry cranes, and other logistics support as required.
  • Prepare and provide all necessary documents for customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
  • Track and follow up on goods status with the China team to ensure smooth shipment flow.
