Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist residents, visitors, and staff professionally



Monitor entrance and exit points



Maintain a visitor log and issue guest passes



Enforce building policies and protocols



Report any suspicious behavior or security concerns



Cooperate with security teams and emergency services as needed



Qualifications:



Lebanese nationality preferred



Prior experience in customer service or security roles



Well-groomed and presentable appearance
