Job Summary Perform administrative tasks to support sales and logistics operations, ensuring accurate order processing, timely invoicing, and efficient shipment handling.
Responsibilities - Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Generate Sales Orders and process orders upon receipt of Customers' PO
- Issue invoices promptly to ensure correct billing and payment processing
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain smooth inventory flow and customer satisfaction
- Assist with unpack & pack goods (Local & Overseas shipment)
- Monitor inventory levels and report out-of-stock or low-stock items to Sales and Operations.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as required.
