Admin Assistant (Catering Services) Job Responsibilities
  • Data entry and administrative support
  • Microsoft Word formatting and document preparation
  • Scheduling and coordination
  • Simple filing and paperwork
  • Answering calls and handling customer enquiries
  • Assisting with catering service coordination
Requirements
  • Basic administrative experience preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and general computer usage
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay to liaise with Malay-speaking customers

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM – 5:30PM
