Position Overview

Manage and support daily administrative and HR-related operations at the site office ensuring smooth coordination, proper documentation, workforce management and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative activities at the site office
  • Maintain employee records, documentation and filing systems
  • Manage attendance, timesheets, payroll inputs and leave records
  • Coordinate onboarding, visa processing and employee documentation
