The IT Specialist

In this position you will provide IT support for our USA‑based clients through RMM, ticketing, and phone, as well as support the 55 users in our Colombia office (25–30% of your time). You will work closely with end users to resolve server, firewall, networking, and other IT administrative issues.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Manage Active Directory, including Group Policy.
• Administer Microsoft Office 365 (Administration, Compliance & Security) and Azure.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and subnets.
• Provide experience with Windows Server and virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Configure and maintain firewalls (primarily Fortinet) and other security devices.
• Support switches and other infrastructure components.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions (Acronis, Veeam).
