CapeNature is seeking to appoint an administration assistant to manage the administrative tasks within the Contact Centre.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative assistance to the Contact Centre.
RESPONSIBILITIES
KPA 1 - Administrative support
Ensure all events, official use and third-party requests have been responded to timeously and that the request has been received within the stipulated timeframe prior arrival date as per the SOP.Administer and ensure thorough processing of staff bookingAdminister & follow up on deposits due to ensure payments are received with in the stipulatedTo ensure that closures are affected timeously, all bookings have been removed, clients have been contacted and reserves have been informed of bookings/revenue affected as per the closures SOP.
