Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant supports employees and managers through high‑quality administrative and office services, ensuring smooth onboarding, visitor coordination, invoice administration, expense management, and support of the Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding, welcome kits, and inductions for new employees; provide a clear overview of company procedures, internal tools, and workplace policies.
- Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for administrative and office‑related queries, collaborating with internal teams to address operational needs.
- Manage visitor and event coordination, vendor and supplier relationships, and support national and international logistics and shipments.
- Administer invoices, purchase orders, and expenses, maintaining accurate documentation and supporting ESG traceability requirements.
