Requirements Grade 12 with mathematics Computer literacy: MS Office, ERP system (SYSPRO preferred) 1 year admin experience in manufacturing Fully bi-lingual (English & Afrikaans) Responsibilities Load jobs and prepare job packs Manage shop floor clocking functions and time-keeping Place and receive orders with suppliers Arrange couriers and manage associated paperwork Assist Sales and Production with admin Stock takes and data capturing Prepare management repots Ad-hoc admin duties, e.g. e-mail, scanning, minute taking, filing Working Hours Monday - Thursday: 07:30 β 16:15 Friday: 07:30 β 15:00 Over time may be required Salary To be discussed #J-18808-Ljbffr
