Provide administrative support to the region and affiliated public libraries; Provide asset control support services; Provide personnel administration support services within the office; Provide financial administration support services in the regional office.

Competencies

Knowledge of the following: Computer Library; Clerical Duties; Data capturing; Collecting statistics. Skills in the following: Written and verbal communication; Planning and organising; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
