Execution of HR Strategy
Provide administrative support to the store to effectively deliver on the Store tactical plan Drive Recruitment and Selection
Ensure the pre and post-employment administrative component processing of all recruits (refer to talent sourcing process document)
Ensure vacancies are posted on Store Notice Board Coordinate Learning and Development
Coordinate respective training programs and initiatives
Ensure training venues meet required standards.
Ensure safe keeping of training equipment and material as per Company policy
Ensure the availability of sufficient training material
Ensure that training registers are completed and captured for all training conducted.
Ensure facilitation and drive Talent and Succession planning for all Non-Perm staff Maintain records of Performance Coaching
Ensure the effective record keeping of job descriptions and performance evaluation documents Process Daily, Weekly and Monthly Payroll Input
