Position Overview

We are looking for a consultant to join our client's team and contribute to a large-scale, multicultural project.
**Responsibilities**:
- Procurement Admin follow up
- Procurement administration
- Correspondence repository work towards Client, partners, and others.
- Proof-reading.
- Office365.
- Compiling adobe/.pdf-files.
- Communication with project members in various locations.
- Communication with Client and contractors.
- Arranging kick-offs/ milestone celebrations/ project-related events.
- Provide administrative support to procurement manager and the procurement organisation in project.
**Qualifications**:
- Structured, accurate and systematic.
- Proficient IT skills and good knowledge of Office365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Word) and SAP.
- Must master Norwegian and English well.
- Administrative background (through experience or education).
- Experience in working in multi-cultural and multi-lingual projects.
